Eat protein and vegetables at every meal
Try to eat 2 meals a day
Use the concept of intermittent fasting —- meaning. After your evening meal hopefully finished by 7 pm wait until 10-11 am to eat again.
Eat appropriately 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight. Example 200 pound male eats approximately 200 grams of protein. This is for the person who weight lifts twice a week and walks at least 8,000 steps a day.
Most of the white foods are not good for you, bread , pasta, rice , white potatoes, pretzels , cake, donuts etc.
Only eat fruit when it’s paired with a protein and you should try to stick to the following fruits;
# 1 Apples
# 2 Pears
# 3 Anything that ends in the word berry
# 4 Avocado.

For two hours a week eat anything you would like but only for those two hours. This includes all of the above white foods, plus cakes, cookie, ice cream, etc.
A good multivitamin plus others that will be discussed at your appointment.
Beginner; will need to walk 3 times a day.
15 minutes each time.
The last session must be after your last meal.
Intermediate ; start off by lifting very low weights and do that twice a week.
Advanced; We will talk about high intensity, interval, training.—- HIIT. Drop-down sets, and other forms of more advanced exercise.
